Fri, 14 January 2005 05:19 I got my shocks from auto one regularly have 45% off them, if you have one in your local area get a price, the shocks were 65 bucks a corner for kyb's for my rona elsewhere I had been quoted 350 just for the front strut inserts. My order was stuffed cos kyb doesn't actually make shocks for the rona but the rears which were actually for a crown were identical the fronts however were totally different so they gave me monroe gt gas at same price these are worth about 200 bucks each for the rona. Your struts would be leaking cos they are oil filled sticking gas shocks in would rectify this prob as they are sealed. Pedders are rip off merchants, don't go there buy parts yourself and then if you can install them yourself saving labour costs or just get your mechanic to do it. All up it cost me 580 for parts including 4 shocks and 4 springs, pedders had quoted me 800 for parts alone with labour on top of this. [Report message to a moderator]
