Mon, 17 January 2005 03:49 dont use the border to resize it... once paint open click on one of the menus at the top (cant remember which one exactly) and thee is a resize option... when you click on that it will ask for the percentage to resize... make both vertical and horizontal 50% and that will half the size [Report message to a moderator]
