You should be able to find an aussie delivered ma70 at a wreckers (not common but you can get lucky) and buy the side intrusion bars from the doors. Otherwise ask here on toymods.
Auto shops should have new seatbelts, just find the size of your current ones and match. Make sure they are compliant to the Australian Standard though.
