Sun, 02 June 2002 04:51 Jee if you did not like buying parts from toyota cause they were expensive, youd love trying to buy parts from toyota for an import engine, not only are they expensive, but it would not suprise me if toyota requsted a blood sample from you if you need a part. Out of all the engines that you could put in that car id say go with a 7m-gte, it is a decent size so it could get the car moving, you could use the standard engine gear (turbo, ic etc) and get the car moving, you will find it much easier to get parts for, as the engines was available in Australia, and from my expirience with cars id say that if you want to pull from 80-140 quickly and not to concearned with 0-100 times i find id prefer a torquier engine as you would not have to rev the shit out of it to get it to do such things. But thats just my opinion. [Report message to a moderator]
