im going to assume this car wont be street registered...
i higly recommend you uset he 50mm/2 inch piping all the way, if you go down in size to one inch it will cause a restriction, possibly not a great feal but i wouldnt take the risk. in my mind, if you can fit a one inch pip, you can fit a two inch pipe.
might require some redesign of the turbo manifold, but keep it 2 inch.
