i wouldnt worry at this stage, as it may be reidual even tho you say youve cleaned it out. im confused as to why you would run it without coolant? its not expensive. the furthest ive driven without coolant was from my work to home where i had toyota genuine.
so what i would do it just get a bottle of radiator flush and run that for 10 mins before you put the actual coolant in, but i wouldnt be overly worried.
