dont waste money on the 4ac, you'll never get any grunt out of it with out spending crazy money on it.
only thing u should really do is the exhaust, this DOES make a difference and you can actually rev the bastard over 5000rpm all the way to 6000rpm, 4ac's love those hi revs, just watch for the oil dipstick popping out and oil leaks around that area.
just go cat back, if you have a cat, 2" system with resonator and box muffler, dont go straight thru it'll sound shit
then spend the rest of the money on good suspension, get a whiteline front and rear sway bar (preferably adjustable) get some decent springs (king springs are good) and shocks (kyb are good here) also try to pick up a twin cam strut brace (they're rare at wreckers you'll prolly pay around 100 bucks for one if you can get one)
then get some decent tyres, widest bastards you can get, also check out wreckers for some cheap mags that will go on you car that are atleast 6" or wider so you can get some 195's on there, but make sure you get mags that have the correct offset/studd pattern and centre hole. Also try to get the right lug nuts for em too.
now your car will handle like it has no right to and you'll maybe, stress maybe, be able to keep up with a standard twin cam thru the downhill twisties
if i was keeping my rolla i would be going for that suspension set up
