you'll need an idler pulley to adjust tension on the a/c belt - the air con compressor needs to be firmly mounted (e.g. can't pivot)
you might get away with that setup for the water pump -buti doubt there would enough contact from the belt to water pump.
i'd suggest finding a pulley for the water pump that is 'hat' shaped (and brings the belt close to the engine) and let it use the same belt as the alternator - then source/position an idler pulley somewhere for the a/c compressor
