unless your engine uses a serpentine belt, i'd keep the important things (water/alt) on the inner primary belt and special stuff (like a/c and p/s) on the outer.
what's the stock setup for the alt/water pump?
can you run with that with a secondary belt (on crank pulley #2) running over the water pump up to the a/c? as long as both pulley sizes on the water pump are the same this would be sane?.
