what are the LOMU subs rated at RMS??
the US TECH is a good amp and i will run alot of subs at pretty good quality, i was running one for ages and some of my mates have them now also.
You also have to watch with the US TECH amps, they run very very hot, you need to have them well ventalated and cooled other wise they will put themselves into protection mode and when they cool down they will become workable again, but the cooler you can run the amplifier the higher output you will receive due to efficiancy. The amps like to run bridged, i was running a 15" JBL sub of one of these amps and it cranked pretty hard.
The RFL are only something you would by if you we going in the more SPL side of the music industry, it would be a waste of money buying one of those subs and then finding an amp with enough power to feed it, and a car with a big enough charging system to feed the amplifier.
