Is anyone here running Redline Lightweight Shockproof in their R154 box? Also how much oil does the R154 take? I have nothing but good stories to tell about Redline Lighweight Shockproof Russ. My previous car was an R33 Skyline and it developed syncro cunching when shifting from 3rd to 4th. I changed the gearbox oil and put in the Redline and it never ever crunched again!, no matter how hard I shifted!.. magic stuff!.. it also helped with the generic "getting into 2nd" issue. It is expensive though, about $100 for a bottle, I used a bit over 3/4 of a bottle in the R33. Alot of the Skyline guys (froms SAU.com) use Redline and also have nothing but praise for it. Hope this helps, and yeah if anyone knows how much oil I will need for a R154 box that would be fantastic Rob. [Report message to a moderator]
