ALL toyota twincam heads are a Yamaha design, so the fact that this one has yamaha printed on it makes little difference.
Perhaps if you read the casting numbers, or gave some pics some of the 3S dudes here could help identify it?
In particular things to look at would be the intake - does it have "T-VIS"?
Another thing is look at the ignition leads, see if they have a date stamp on them?
