The 21R obviously isn't the best motor to try and make power with....
I've toyed with a few ideas before:
40mm Sidedraft webers, I made my own manifolds that sucked ass.
Then I looked into EFI, pitty my adaptor plate sucked ass too.
I considered an SC14 supercharger, pitty my bracket sucked ass. Over tensioned the belt and stuffed a bearing 
Those were the attempts but. At the moment I have a mild camshaft and a weber 32/36 carbie hooked up and its running quite nice. I made 45kw at the wheels with just the camshaft, so now im curious to see what it makes with the different carby...
Lesson learnt tho. I've wasted too much money on this bloody 21R!
