Are these local?
The 114.3 x 4 PCD narrows it down - has to be RWD car with a front strut. Locally delivered options include Corolla, Cressida, Celica and Corona. Some Sprinters also had vented discs. Local RWD Corollas and Coronas never had ventilated discs so rule them out. Leaves you with the 60 series Celica and 60/70 series Cressidas. However 10" is too inaccurate a number for a diameter, nothing in the Toyota RWD cars had a 23mm thick disc and you didn't supply a rotor height so you can't proceed any further.
I suggest you get a very accurate measurement of the rotor diameter (10" is too vague - you want a mm figure) and total rotor height and scan thru the DBA catalogue under Toyota to find a match here (assuming these struts came off something that was here in Australia).
