40mm is quite a nice size if you ask some engine builders, for a 1.6. the FCR's which some japanese guys run are 41.5 from memory, and are said to be good to 170hp, which in reality is massive power for a 4ag.
ive spoken to a few bike wreckers/workshops, jets are definately available.
the hardest part is the ignition system. there is a company though that sells an ignition only computer, that will interface with the standard 4ag dizzy. cant remember the name right now though, they have a site, pm me and ill dig it up. theyre an aussie company, i think it was developed for LPG cars (which are basically carburetted) but ive spoken to one performance shop that has fitted them to alfa's ect. last time i check it was 330 for the kit.
