Please forgive my ignorance, I have just started getting into this modding thing (very slowly mind you).

Without adding turbo or super charger, what would be the approximate maximum you could get out of the 4AGE after adding extractors, muffler and whatever else?

Before I start on the big mods though, what can be done, so that if the insurance dude looks under the bonnet, it does not look modified - maybe larger injectors, higher flow air filter in the box?

best to let them know what you have done so that u dont run into any problems if you make a claim just cars is pretty understanding about mods from my experience.
