Just a counter argument to the above... why is the driver always blamed for the accident? Could easily be a stupid pedestrian who runs out in front of the car. They should place equal emphasis onto keeping people OFF the streets and not trying to blame people who drive on (and pay for!) the roads. [Report message to a moderator]
