agreed upgrade the inrercooler and the exhaust as the stock exhaust will restrict the amount of boost you can make. For example a friend with a liberty gt runs 14psi it makes 14ps at 3-4k rpm at 4.5k rpm the boost drops back to 10psi by 5k because of stock exhaust. Also a bigger exhaust will help the turbo spool up.
