go grab the spare from the wrecker thats your best bet.

as far as fixing that rim i wouldnt try body filler as i doubt it would stand up particulart well. try some titanium putty. it is a mtealised epoxy works a treat. as far as paiting i wouldnt worry about matching paint too close as long as it is "silver" and not too different you wont notice it.

either that or there are plenty of "touch up" paint mobs that will do wheels and match the paint really well.. ive used color mechanix in the past with success.

but definantly get the spare wheel. you never know when you might stuff one wheel completly as opposed to just cosmetic damage.
