I can only assume that the trailing reference tooth has somethingg to do with it. Maybe the Wolf can count twice or something I don't know. All I know is I thought on teh Wolf web site it mentioned this issue regarding different ignitions and I definately want sequential fuel injection. I rang the shop again today and he said no it will definately allow sequential operation. I think he said that the problem of not running sequentially is only with a hall effect sensor based ignition system. Back to teh coils.It looks like I'll be running witht eh Hyundai coils all the people I've spoken to say they are good gear as they are actually manufactured by Mitsubishi or someone and hardly play up. Even the Autronic guys had no issues when I was thinking of going that way. The Commodore ones are crap however. Interestingly neither the Wolf or Autronic guys suggested M & W. In fact the Autronic guys use Bosch igniters and the Wolf guy actually saud stay away from M & W. He doesn't think they are all that great and also Wolf seems to be distancing themselves from them all of a sudden. Running 4 Bosch coils gets expensive I expect although I have not priced them but you then need 4 igniters as well. Hence the Hyundai coils again. Also seen in Zoom or somewhere sdomeone liket he Rigolis using them on one off their big power turbo motors. [Updated on: Thu, 27 January 2005 13:59] [Report message to a moderator]
