ya 20 is most advanced, 0 is neutral and 5 (-5) is retarded (that is not a joke either)

um 20v, it should read 0-10 somewhere.......but if u look for the line on the gear (underneith the cover) and the dot on the block (u will know it when u see it) u should be right
