Moving to Adelaide/Wanted Housemates

Heya guys
Just thought i would let you know that im moving to SA early next month, and im currently looking for a house.
Currently as i figure it out i have two options. First to find a house to rent, and find housemates. Or second to move in with someone. Now as a fair few people on here would understand finding a house with decent storage for cars/engines/gear is somewhat difficult
I have found a good 3bedroom place in Manningham with a tool shed, double garage, and a double carport as well as driveway room. However i would be looking for two more housemates to share the house with. Anyone interested?
The other option im investigating is moving to an inner suburb like North Adelaide, but the problem with this is storage. I may be able to find enough storage for my cars, but not the gear/engines. Does anyone know of a storage place/workshop that i could rent in order to work? Or someone who is willing to allow me to rent some room in their garage?
Im kinda braindead now so ill leave it at that.
