have you replaced the TPS?

have you checked that the vacuum line for the MAP sensor (your model has one) is connected?

sounds like it's running on little else but idle settings ... ECU gets info about requierd fuel use from three main sensors: TPS, MAP (or AFM) and RPM - it will adjust (compensate) fuel requirements based on Air and Coolant temps.

Before you commit to a few hours of labour - re-check (or even loan a replacement) the TPS, ensure you are getting rpm (you should have no spark or the timing will failsafe to 10 degree BTDC) if ECU is not getting Rpm signal (as it works out the advance) MAP should come up with error (engine revs but MAP is still at ambient pressure)
