A 1JZ will NOT fit in a TA22 without major surgery. You can get away with it an an RA23 by moving the radiator, but the TA22's engine bay is significantly shorter so it's not going to happen.
RB series engines are a similar size to JZ series engines, so no it's not feasible, and even if it was, why would you even bother? If you're going to all the hassle of installing a six cylinder engine, why go for the weakest possible six cylinder engine you can find?
