may i suggest, dont let the headgasket dramas deter you away from buying one of these. being the owner of one, i can certainly vouch for their ease to work on, how toughly built they are, and what a pleasure they are to drive.

Agreed with v8_ma61 there. But you asked what some of the problems could be with the ma70 and I told you. But also being an owner of a 7MGTE (not ma70 though), I can also vouch for the ease to work on and their absolute pleasure to drive.
