You can go to a T03 if you want. For a stock ECU and around 200hp at the fly I'd be looking at a CT26. It will fit with only a little modification (to the turbo housing bolt holes) to your existing stock manifold. Make sure you upgrade your fuel delivery but. And intercool it too.
