Well when you get your uncle to help you...
You want to check the continuity from where the relay plugs in, down to the fan.
You also want to check that there is some form of continuity from the Positive side to the neg side of the fan...
If all else fails, and it seems like the relay is the problem... Wire the fan on permanently:D
