wtf is a stage 3 race cam?
you mean 3 stages above road? so it's around 310-320 deg?
how many stages does the cam grinder have? 
what is the duration (both advertised and at 50 thou lift) and what is the lift at the valve.
32/36 has a 26mm choke, and is a shit choice for a 1.3L.. good choice for a 2L 
what you need (without knowing anything more about your setup) is something with a small primary choke, sayy 21 (stock) to 24, and then a big secondary (say 27mm) and that wll be fine..
a weber 34DMS is good, as are a lot of other early 70's euro webers (fiat etc)
stock (not stok.. speeling is gud ) carby runs rich with bigger airflow.
if you put on twin webers you would have to choke them way way down.
