Forgot about that...
As for wiring it on permanently...
Where the relay switch part is, take the wire going to the fan, and wire it to the other side of the relay...
Think this is the switch _____/ ___ when its open... When it gets energised through the coil, it goes __________
Now what you do, is bypass that "switch" so you end up with ___ all the time...
If I had the wiring diagram or could be bothered to open paint I could show you better...
