SilverGhost Forums Junkie Location: Sydney Registered: September 2004	Removing Carbon build up Thu, 03 February 2005 06:38 Does anyone know of a product that can, for example, clean carbon deposits off piston crowns and other surfaces while they are still in the car?? Im assuming you have to take the head off to gain access, but is it a process of physically removing the carbon (im weary of using a scraper) or is there a solvent you can purchase to remove it without scoring the crown surface. I can only wish there is something you can say squirt in the spark plug hole and it eats it all away then just crank the motor to flush it out and your done...hehe So, any ideas or experiences that may help me would be greatly appreciated.
