i leaned it out about a full turn on the mixture screw, then adjusted the idle back to normal.
the idle speed moves around a bit, ie. from 800rpm-1200rpm but it seems to be a bit more responsive, but that could just be in my head.
YelloRolla, i presume you mean popping under load is a symptom, it pops and backfires on the over-run (backing off) all the time, but nothing abnormal, just due to the overlap on the cam i thought. never hesitates under WOT, but has a few little misses at part throttle low revs.
i'll play with the advance tomorrow, mabe start at 20 degrees. i dont have the means to access to a dyno unfortunately.
