Actually, most early W58's have alloy sandwich plate.

Even some MA70 W58's have alloy sandwich plates.

Only real way to tell is 5th gear ratio. (Its the only part that differs between it and the W57)

As for the shifter posi

MA61/RA65/RA60 .......... ......????...... ........... ........... GA70/MA70/MX73...... ............. SA63
