Toobs Forums Junkie I Supported Toymods Location: Sydney Registered: December 2002	Re: Removing Carbon build up Fri, 04 February 2005 01:29 Removing carbon build up can be a good idea in theory, however, in older engines (100,000km+) you may find that if you clean out the carbon your rings will be loose and your compression may go down considerably. I suppose in a way this will minimise detonation but it could also decrease power output. [Report message to a moderator]
