Unless its a fault recognised by Toyota (ie, all Camry's of that age are doing it), I'd say it comes down to driver abuse.
Unless you can prove that Toyota didn't install something properly, you will have to wear the cost.
Take the car to a brake place, they will be able to tell you the cause.
But as bbaacchhyy has said, it sounds like something has been cooked.
