given that most of the users on these forums are australian (with about 5-6 exceptions that I know about), you're going to have a hard time finding anything like that on offer through these forums...
if you're ever coming to perth though, i keep pretty close tabs on most of the classifieds, and i'll point you at whatever's around at the time
