spectrum rubber? i vaguely recall positive and not-so-postive things being said about them many moods ago
if you feel like throwing money away, rare spares?
i think they both had some parts (e.g. window/boot seals, door rubbers,etc) for RA28/23 or earlier, but nothing for a relatively newish 1981 RA40.
am pretty sure you'll find a few threads on supplies of spares for older celicas - tho their helpfulness will vary
