when i did this swap there was a couple of things to note:
If using the T18 t50 box with the AE71 bellhousing, you have to be VERY careful with the thrust washers etc and make sure they are the right height. It was a bit of a pissfart around, but there was some combination of the washers that worked when i measured them up.
The AE71 gbox xmember is different. Use it.
Use the T18 complete tailshaft if you are using the T18 gbox and diff.
Everything else bolts up.
