I'm pulling my panels off my door and alongside the back seats in my XX. If you take them off, then unclip the hooks, you can remove the fabric part. Then remove the staples and peel the material off. Some might stay because its stuck to the paneling, but just try.
I'm using red fabric to replace the old stripy stuff, just stretch it out over where it was originally and use a staple gun and glue new stuff in position. Looks a treat!
