Standard cam sizes are usually about 7.5mm (7.49) so there is definately no difference in your lift figures...not to say that the duration may be different though. K.F "could"? be a kelford cams mark but im not sure exactly how the stamp them.
4AGE's run a non interferance head so it is possible to break the belt and not damage the valves. It would still pay to pull it apart and have a good look though.
