4agze lack of grunt

Hey there.
i really think that my 4agze is running very underpriviledged and not entirely sure as to why. I have put a 4agze into a Ke20 and it really wanted to fly. i went and bought the same modified vehicle and it still has grunt but not nearly as much as the other.
just curious as to any differences there may be i think the air intake and intercooler are worse than my old car but that shouldn't take away as much power as it seems has gone.
also does anyone know if there are any kits to put a sc14 (1ggze supercharger) onto a 4agze? cos i want more power... can there ever be enough power. but yeah any ideas
