Re the SC14 fitment. You'll need to put together custom brackets as the SC needs to sit out further from the block so as not to foul the cooling lines. Despite earlier comments these do indeed fit.

Are there any other differences between your cars? IC will makes a difference if its not efficient. Same with the IC pipework. Did the other setup have a larger crank pulley? Thats the best bang-for-buck with the 4AGZE. Maybe a later AE101 SC with the smaller SC pulley (more boost).

In a KE20 (AE20 now?) it should fly. They are quite light.
