the head may be worth more than the motor if it has the number 24020 on it. 
seriously tho, a bigport head (thanks i guess to my hyping it up for the last 5 years) is worth $50-100 (imo) and a normal 3K motor is not worth that much..
then again, if it is in great condition and ready to drop in and will give another 100,000km service to it's new owner... it might be worth a few hundred
