As mentioned previously the best and most accurate way to check the duration is to take it to a cam specialist and get them to dial it up. 7.6mm usually ten to be up to 272 degrees but thats no gaurauntee. You could try calling kelford and ask them if they know what it is?.
A non-interferance head is where the tolerances between the head and the piston hight is set so that if the cam belt breaks the pistons can move up and down without striking the valves when they are open..this is no gaurauntee as parts wear and stretch with heat and age so its always best to pull it apart and check it properly.
