Sat, 12 February 2005 10:40 the 3 rib block is strong enough for most things. ever heard of one splitting? i havnt its possible to machine the rods out to take the 20mm gudgeons. if you can get a later crank (42mm) use that with 20v silver top rods (same as late ze) they are the best combonation of strength and weight. no need to spend heaps on a whole ze, the only different parts are the pistons and rings. every thing else is that same. also bluetop cams are supposed to be better than the later ones for a boosted set up [Report message to a moderator]
