turbocaldina mmm unless u have a lot of power 450-500+hp the drive shafts ain't going to shatter, remember the mr2 turbo its the same as a gt4 but rwd same drive shafts and also people use the gt4 drive shafts for the 3sgte swap and I can't say that i've seen anyone mention them shattering. I'm using them at the moment too.
Unless your talking about the drive shaft running to the rear diff

I replaced my driveshafts from the stock RAV4 to the GT-Four, and I gotta say the difference is remarkable. The GT-Four shaft is about ¼" longer than the RAV4's on either side, which eliminates the need to use a spacer near the seal on the gearbox side. You gotta be pulling some REAL serious ponies to snap these bitches...
