RPM switch is easy - either go to the wreckers, or an LPG conversion place, and get a 'lock off controller' - no more than $30 new, and it's normally used to turn the lock off valves on for LPG cars. These things keep the power on for 3 seconds without the engine turning, basically work just like the ECU for controlling the fuel pump. But then again, it's not exactly tricky to wire up the fuel pump as the factory intended using the circuit open relay...
