When people say they get their turbo highflowed they usually mean they have changed the compressor wheel. Basically a highflow turbo is a hybrid turbo... it retains its original housings but has different guts put in it. e.g. CT26 is regularly highflowed with a T04 wheel. [Report message to a moderator]
