My dream motor, after the 1g Sun, 17 November 2002 08:40 The stock power of the 1UZFE is roughly 190-206kW. The stock power of the 2JZGTE is supposed to be roughly 230kW. Don't forget that the 1UZFE is NA to begin with. Imagine pumping some boost through the 4l of displacement. Reliability wise, both tough as, 1UZFE is over-engineered...6-bolt mains, forged internals. There is a RA28 in Perth with a twin-turbo 1UZFE, stock internals it ran a 9.5 second pass on its shake-down run...potential aplenty. Its also lighter and would require a lot less stuffing around to fit lengthways in the engine bay...not trying to talk you out of your dream, just highlighting the positives of something else... btw, still getting my dizzy foto's tonight?
