From memory the 351's are fairly tall and wide, so you might have clearance problems - but a measuring tape will tell you that soon enough. As above you will definitely have problems with the steering box so it's gotta go; R&P conversion is possible but not easy. Ditto for chassis strengthening. And good luck getting it engineered for the street, this would have to be a dragstrip-only machine. With that much weight over the front wheels you'd only want to drive it in a straight line anyway!
I think it goes without saying the entire drivetrain will have to be upgraded to handle that sort of torque, which as you can imagine will be a bit more than a 2.0L 18R-C. Oh and you'll need to spend a lot of time and money tuning the chassis if you want to get anywhere near a 10, never mind a 9. Having the power isn't even half the story once you get to that level; getting it down to the pavement is a lot harder than most people imagine.
