I'd budget $50 for misc bolts/studs etc, I know I snapped a bunch even being pretty careful.
Engine and gearbox oil - $100
An insurer approved alarm if you're going to be insured - $200
Any exhaust differences? (sorry, don't know what engine you're whacking in to what car)
And I think your beer budget is really conservative Smiley =
